Return & Refund Policy
At Swayra, we want you to love what you wear. We believe in trying things on in the comfort of your own home, risk-free. If the fit isn't right or the style isn't you, returning it is easy and on us.
1. The Timeline: 7 Days, Hassle-Free
You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.

No rush. Take your time to decide.

As long as the request is started within 7 days, you are eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
We offer a seamless Doorstep Pickup service. No need to print labels or visit a courier office.
a) Log In & Request

Visit our store and click on the profile icon to Log In.

Go to your order history, select the order, and click "Request Return."
b) Select Your Reason

Choose the items you want to return/exchange and select the reason.

Note for Exchanges: Please mention I want to Exchange and the new size/color you want in the "Notes" section.
c) We Arrange the Pickup

Once your request is approved (usually within 24 hours), we will schedule a courier to come to your address.

You will receive an email/SMS confirming the pickup date.
3. Free Domestic Returns
We believe you shouldn't have to pay for a product you don't keep.

Return Shipping is Free: We provide a pre-paid shipping label for all domestic returns and exchanges. No hidden fees.
4. Refunds & The Store Credit Option
Once we recieve your return, we inspect it to ensure its in good condition. Refunds are then processed within 5-7 business days.

Option A: Swayra Store Credit
- Get your refund instantly as Store credit. The amount will be automatically added to your store credit balance which you can simply use by logging in at checkout. It never expires and is the fastest way to shop again.
- Please mention Store Credit in the Notes Section while requesting a return if you want to avail this option. If Notes Section is empty we will assume you want to go for Option B.

Option B: Full refund processed to Original Payment method or Bank Account
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

COD orders: Refunded via direct UPI or Bank Transfer. We will contact you to confirm your preferred UPI ID or Bank Account Details before processing the transfer.
5. Exchange Policy
We are happy to exchange your item for a different size for free.

One-Time Exchange: To ensure sustainability, we allow one free exchange per original order.

Return of Exchanged items: If the exchanged item still doesn't fit, we are happy to accept it back. However, returns on already exchanged items are eligible for Store Credit only. We cannot issue a Bank account refund for the second shipment.
6. Condition of returned products
To ensure we can give these items a new home, we kindly ask that returns are:

Unworn and unwashed.

In their original condition with tags attached.

Note: If you tried it on and got a little makeup on it, don't panic. Just let us know in the portal.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If we messed up, we will fix it immediately.

We will send a replacement immediately and you won't need to worry about return shipping costs.
