Return & Refund Policy
At Swayra, we want you to love what you wear. We believe in trying things on in the comfort of your own home, risk-free. If the fit isn't right or the style isn't you, returning it is easy and on us.
1. The Timeline: 7 Days, Hassle-Free
You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.

No rush. Take your time to decide.

As long as the request is started within 7 days, you are eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Free & Simple Returns
We believe you shouldn't have to pay for a product you don't keep.

Free Return Shipping: We provide a 100% free doorstep pickup service for all domestic returns and exchanges. No printing labels, no visiting courier offices, and no hidden fees.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Log In & Request

Visit our store and click on the profile icon to Log In.

Go to your order history, select the order, and click "Request Return."
Step 2: Tell Us What You Need
Select the items you are sending back, choose a reason, and you must use the "Notes" section to tell us how to process your request:

For an Exchange: Type "Exchange" and clearly state the new size or color you need (e.g., "Exchange for Size M").

For a Store Credit (on return): Type "Store Credit" to get your refund instantly added to your account for your next purchase.

For a Refund (on return): Leave the notes blank, and we will default to a standard refund to your original payment method or bank account.
Step 3: We Arrange the Pickup

Once your request is submitted, we will schedule your doorstep pickup and notify you via SMS. Please ensure the garments are packed in their original packaging with tags attached.
4. Exchange Policy Details
We are happy to exchange your item for a different size for free.

Dispatch Timeline: To ensure a smooth exchange, your replacement outfit will be dispatched within 24–48 hours after the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes our quality inspection.

One-Time Exchange: To ensure sustainability, we allow one free exchange per original order.

Return of Exchanged items: If the exchanged item still doesn't fit, we are happy to accept it back. However, returns on already exchanged items are eligible for Store Credit only. We cannot issue a Bank account refund for the second shipment.
5. Refunds & The Store Credit Option
Once your returned item reaches our warehouse and passes our quality inspection, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
(Note: Your refund will be processed based on the preference you indicated in the "Notes" section when requesting the return).
Option A: Swayra Store Credit (Fastest)
Get your refund issued as Store Credit. The amount will be automatically added to your account balance, which you can easily apply by logging in at checkout. It never expires and is the fastest way to shop with us again!
Option B: Full Refund

Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed automatically back to your original payment method.

COD Orders: Refunded via direct UPI or Bank Transfer. Our team will contact you to securely confirm your preferred UPI ID or Bank Account details before processing the transfer.
6. Condition of Returned Products
To ensure we can give these beautiful pieces a new home, we kindly ask that returns are:

Unworn, unwashed, and completely free of stains (including makeup).

In their original packaging with all Swayra tags securely attached.

Note: All returns are thoroughly inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. Items that do not meet these conditions will unfortunately not be eligible for an exchange or refund, and will be shipped back to you.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If we messed up, we will fix it immediately!

Please email us at reach@swayra.in within 48 hours of delivery.

Important: Please attach a continuous unboxing video clearly showing the shipping label and the damaged/incorrect item. This helps us process your free replacement instantly without waiting for the original item to be returned.
