Shipping & Delivery
What are the shipping charges on Swayra
We provide FREE Shipping on all orders: Prepaid(UPI / Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking) and COD both. No hidden conditions
Do we provide COD provision?
Yes Cash On Delivery provision is available for all orders.
However, to keep COD sustainable and avoid fake orders:
- COD is not available on high-value orders above INR 5,000.
- We may verify COD orders via a phone call or WhatsApp message.
- Unverified orders may be cancelled automatically.
- Customers with repeated RTOs (Refusal to Accept) may have COD disabled for future orders.
- Please ensure your phone number is active and someone is available to pay cash.
How long will it take to receive the ordered products
We attempt to process and ship every order within 48 working hours.
Once dispatched, your order is usually delivered within:
- Metros: 2–4 business days
- Rest of India: 5–7 business days
- Remote / Outskirts: 7–10 business days
These are estimated timelines. Delivery may be affected by weather, courier issues, or festivals. While we aim for speed, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
What delivery methods do you use?
We use leading courier companies such as Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ekart and many others for shipment in India.
Can I cancel my order?
After placing an order on Swayra, if you wish to cancel the order, please email us at reach@swayra.in or click on the Start a Chat section on homepage and drop us a text with the order details. As long as your order has not been sent for processing, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Once the order has been sent for processing, it cannot be canceled.
Can I change my shipping address or mobile number after placing the order?
After placing an order on Swayra, if you wish to change address/phone number, please email us at reach@swayra.in or click on the Start a Chat section on homepage and drop us a text with the order details.
As long as your order has not been sent for processing, we can change the details. Once you receive the tracking link, no further changes can be made as the package is already with the courier
I placed an order, how do I track it now?
For all orders, you will receive order confirmation by e-mail. Additionally, you will receive a shipping confirmation over mail as soon as the product is dispatched from our facility.
I don't live in India. Can I still get Swayra products shipped to my location?
Sorry, currently we ship only within India. We’re working on taking Swayra global soon!
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is our return/exchange policy?
We love our products and are sure that you will love them too. However, if you wish to return any product, we’ll be happy to take it back. You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange
No rush. Take your time to decide. As long as the request is started within 7 days, you are eligible for a refund or exchange.
Products to be returned should be unused and in the same condition as you received them, in their original packaging with all tags.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
We offer a seamless Doorstep Pickup service. No need to print labels or visit a courier office.
a) Log In & Request
- Visit our store and click on the profile icon to Log In.
- Go to your order history, select the order, and click "Request Return."
b) Select Your Reason
- Choose the items you want to return/exchange and select the reason.
- Note for Exchanges: Please mention I want to Exchange and the new size/color you want in the "Notes" section.
c) We Arrange the Pickup
- Once your request is approved (usually within 24 hours), we will schedule a courier to come to your address.
- You will receive an email/SMS confirming the pickup date.
When will my exchanged item be dispatched?
To ensure a smooth process, your replacement outfit will be dispatched within 24–48 hours after your original item reaches our warehouse and passes our quick quality inspection.
What is our refund policy?
Once we recieve your return, we inspect it to ensure its in good condition. Refunds are then processed within 5-7 business days.
- Option A: Swayra Store Credit Get your refund instantly as Store credit. The amount will be automatically added to your store credit balance which you can simply use by logging in at checkout. It never expires and is the fastest way to shop again. Please mention Store Credit in the Notes Section while requesting a return if you want to avail this option. If Notes Section is empty we will assume you want to go for Option B.
- Option B: Full refund processed to Original Payment method or Bank Account
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
- COD orders: Refunded via direct UPI or Bank Transfer. We will contact you to confirm your preferred UPI ID or Bank Account Details before processing the transfer.
What should be done if my package is opened or tampered with or if I receive an incorrect article?
If the shipment you have received has been tampered with or incorrect please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. You can email us at reach@swayra.in or click on the Start a Chat section on homepage and drop us a text with the order details.
Please send us a video of the tampered shipment so we can take further action. Without a video, we may not be able to process claims for damaged/missing items.
Do I need to pay for the return shipping?
We believe you shouldn't have to pay for a product you don't keep.
- Return Shipping is Free: We provide a pre-paid shipping label for all domestic returns and exchanges. No hidden fees.
I've already returned a product and got it exchanged for another. Can I return the exchanged product again?
We are happy to exchange your item for a different size for free.
- One-Time Exchange: To ensure sustainability, we allow one free exchange per original order.
- Return of Exchanged items: If the exchanged item still doesn't fit, we are happy to accept it back. However, returns on already exchanged items are eligible for Store Credit only. We cannot issue a Bank account refund for the second shipment.
How do I use my store credit?
Store credits generated against previous returned orders will be linked to your login account automatically.
When you place a new order again with the same login details, option to redeem store credit will be automatically enabled on checkout page.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card details on Swayra?
You can be assured that Swayra offers you the highest standards of security currently available. We partner with trusted gateway providers like Razorpay and PhonePe to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe and secure.
Your bank and Payment gateway provider will authorize the credit/debit card transaction directly without any information passing through us – we do not retain your banking information.
What if I make a purchase using available prepaid options, and the amount gets debited but the order is not successfully placed?
This is not likely to happen, but in case it does, please contact us at reach@swayra.in or click on the Start a Chat section on homepage and drop us a text.
We will do the needful and refund your money within 5 working days.
How do I pay the courier person for COD purchase?
Please pay the courier person in cash only. We do not accept cheque or DD.
Is there a purchase limit for a COD purchase?
Yes, COD option is available on purchases up to a limit of Rs. 5000, beyond which purchases can only be made using Netbanking, UPI or Creditcard/Debitcard.
