Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Swayra, we know you’re excited to receive your new outfit — and we’re just as excited to ship it to you! We work with reliable courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
- Shipping Timeline: Please allow 2–3 working days for dispatch.
- Business Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
- Note: Orders placed after 12 PM are processed the next working day.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, your order is usually delivered within:
- Metros: 2–4 business days
- Rest of India: 5–7 business days
- Remote / Outskirts: 7–10 business days
These are estimated timelines. Delivery may be affected by weather, courier issues, or festivals. While we aim for speed, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
3. Shipping Charges & COD Fees
We follow a hybrid model to reward online payments:
- Prepaid Orders: FREE Shipping on all orders (UPI / Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Flat INR 99 shipping & handling fee.
- Why the COD fee? Couriers charge us extra for handling cash, and COD orders have higher return risks. This small charge helps us sustain our business.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
To keep COD sustainable and avoid fake orders:
- COD is not available on high-value orders above INR 5,000.
- We may verify COD orders via an automated call or WhatsApp message.
- Unverified orders may be cancelled automatically.
- Customers with repeated RTOs (Refusal to Accept) may have COD disabled for future orders.
- Please ensure your phone number is active and someone is available to pay cash.
5. RTO (Return to Origin) & Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect, the phone was unreachable, or delivery was refused:

Prepaid Orders: We will issue a refund for the product amount.
- Note: If the return is due to customer error (e.g., wrong address or refusal), we may deduct a logistics fee of INR 100 from the refund.
- If the error was on the courier's side, you will receive a full refund or free re-shipment.
- COD Orders: We do not reship COD orders automatically. If you still wish to receive the item, you must place a new Prepaid order.
6. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a email and/or text message with your live tracking link.
7. Change of Address
- Before Dispatch: You can change your address or phone number anytime before your shipping label is generated. Please message us on WhatsApp immediately!
- After Dispatch: Once you receive the tracking link, no further changes can be made as the package is already with the courier.
8. Damaged / Wrong Product Received
We take packaging seriously, but rare human errors can happen. If you receive a wrong product, damaged item, or tampered parcel:
- Please record a parcel opening video (Unboxing Video).
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process claims for damaged/missing items.
9. Delays or Stuck Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed:
- Check the tracking link first.
- Contact us on WhatsApp or Email.
- We will escalate it with the courier partner to resolve it for you.
10. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. We’re working on taking Swayra global soon!
